New York Snowmobile Trails Interactive Map

The map shows the state funded snowmobile trails in New York for the 2016-2017 season and the local clubs that maintain them
.
Clubs that do not have associated trails are also shown. The user can pan and zoom the map to view different locations at various levels of detail.
Symbology
The map uses red, orange, green, and blue to distinguish neighboring club trails from each other. The trails with thicker lines are Corridor trails and the ones with thinner lines are Secondary trails.

Upon clicking a trail on the map an info window will appear and display the trail's code, type (corridor or secondary), the associated club, and the name of the county the trail is in.
Clubs
At higher zoom levels the map displays labels with club names. For clubs which maintain state funded trails, the label's text color matches the color of the club's trails as displayed on the map. Clubs that do not maintain state funded trails are shown in grey. Clicking on the club labels will open an infowindow displaying information on the club. To hide the labels uncheck the box "Show Club Labels when Zoomed In" in the panel to the right of the map. To find an individual club, select the club's name in the alphabetical listing under "Zoom to Club" in the panel to the right of the map. The map will then zoom and center to the club's label on the map.
Location & Directions
To find a location on the map, enter its full address, locale or zip code in the box under "Find a Location" in the panel to the right of the map. Upon clicking the adjacent "FIND" button, the map will zoom and center to the location. An info window will appear from which direction to or from the location can be obtained.
